We strongly believe that you will be very pleased with all our products.  However, if you change your mind, you may return your order within 7 days for an exchange or refund once approval from us is obtained.  A processing & restocking fee may be applied.

Return the product to us in perfect condition i.e. not used, washed or damaged and in the original packaging.  Returns that are received used, opened or without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective. 

Goods are to be returned at your cost & the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.   If replacements are required, the cost of the additional freight will also be charged to you.

NOTE: Sale or special items are not returnable.
