Orders are normally processed & sent within 24 business hours.  Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as we rely on an outside company.  Generally however, most orders to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane are received within 48 hours of dispatch.  There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

The actual freight cost varies but is usually charged at $10 per a carton to NSW & $15 for most interstate orders.  These are approximate costs & do not include GST or deliveries to regional areas. 

Some companies do not appear to charge freight but they have included it in their product cost.  We prefer to offer high quality items at a reasonable cost while being transparent with all our charges.

Please carefully check orders upon receipt as  claims for any errors must be made within 7 days.  Title does not pass to the purchaser until payment is made in full.
