If you wish to change or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible on (02) 9503-0633 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm.  

Orders are normally processed within 24 business hours so we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.  If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel, you must return the items to us at your cost within 7 days, providing they have not been opened, damaged, used or washed.  The original delivery charges are non-refundable.  We will however, refund the cost of delivery if we have made an error or if the product is faulty.
